Simon, PArtner Filmmaker

Simon trained in PR and journalism, working as an agency & in-house digital marketeer for 10 years before becoming a full time filmmaker. Simon works with Tom on all creative elements that are part of each production, from concept through to post and final delivery. Simon is also a self-confessed LEGO addict!

Marcus, Filmmaker

Marcus is a Nottingham based filmmaker and video editor, who has a passion for making bold and exciting content. Since graduating in Media Production back in 2015, he’s worked on a range of high-profile films for major UK brands. At Alchemy, he works within the core video editing and filmmaking team. In his spare time, Marcus runs a popular Instagram account exploring bodybuilding history.

Anna, Head of People and Finance

Anna’s career has spanned multiple sectors, working in both B2B and B2C corporate environments. At Alchemy, Anna heads up employee wellbeing along with the day to day running of both HR and financial affairs. Outside of work, Anna loves spending time with her two boys, and visiting Wales with the family at the weekend.

Tom, PArtner filmmaker

Tom is a born & bred filmmaker and with over 15 years experience telling stories through film for major brands. Tom manages the end to end creative process with Simon, taking film projects through conceptual development, production and post. For his sins, Tom is a Derby fan and can often be found at Pride Park.

Joe, Filmmaker

Joe’s career has been spent in television, working in London and Manchester before joining the Alchemy team. With expertise in both Production and Post Production, Joe’s eye for the finer details ensures his filmmaking always delivers the best results. Joe is a Manchester United fan, and the best match he’s been to was Porto in 2004.

Natalie, Senior producer

Nat studied Film Production at University and then entered the industry as a producer in the corporate sector. At Alchemy, Nat looks after production logistics, scheduling of work through the studio and is the main point of contact to clients at the start of projects. Nat is a two times national silver medallist in swimming.

EMILY, Head of Partnerships & Growth

Emily is a tenacious and driven business growth manager with extensive experience in Sales, B2B Marketing and Demand Generation. With a creative background studying theatre and performance at University, Emily’s work’s closely with the Co-founders and creative teams to drive business growth. An all round performance lover, Emily can often be found in the theatre or cinema in her spare time.
